Q1 Will tracking code be provided after delivery?
AuAsia express adopts advanced logistics system to ensure the safety and traceability of your package. We will provide tracking code and full logistics track query for each package. The whole process is transparent.
Q2 How about the time limit of the package?
Australia has a fixed air parcel cabin to fly directly to Malaysia every week. After you send it to us and pay the freight, it can be delivered to the recipient in Malaysia within 7 working days in West Malaysia and 10 working days in East Malaysia.
Q3 How to pack a package?
We recommend packing in strong cartons or direct mail of luggage. When packing, please choose cartons that are hard enough and in good condition. Avoid the use of thin, worn and non closed cartons. Please try to avoid choosing cartons with sensitive words such as chemicals / drugs / fresh food. It is suggested that both sides of the upper and lower openings of the carton should be glued firmly with adhesive tape, and adequate protection measures should be taken for the contents. For example, fragile products should be wound layer by layer with bubble paper, and sufficient fillers should be added. If the outer layer of the suitcase is worn and damaged without protective measures, it will be treated as the damage of the outer packing box. Our company can't make any compensation for the suitcase itself.

There is no limit on the number of packages sent by each sender.
Q5 What is the limited size and weight of the parcel?
The weight of individual parcel cannot exceed 30kg, the length of each side cannot exceed 105cm, or the total of length, width and height cannot exceed 200cm.
Q6 How to calculate weight by volume?
Weight by volume = length * width * height / 5000
Auasia express has special offer is extra 30% off discount on "weight by volume" which calculated as: "weight by volume" * 0.7. Freight calculated as the higher number between actual weight and "weight by volume".
Q7 How to deliver the parcel?
Drop off : AuAsia express offers drop off points in many areas to collect packages. You can easily find the most convenient drop off points for delivery on the [ AU-MAS ] app and website.
Q8 How to calculate the billing weight?
After receiving your package, we will calculate the "actual weight" and "weight by volume" (length * width * height / 5000 *0.7) of the package, and take the maximum value as the billing weight. The billing accuracy is 0.01kg. If the total weight of the order is less than 1kg, it will be calculated as 1kg.
Q9 Can I send irregular shaped parcels?
Please try to avoid irregular packages. Irregular shape packages are easy to damage the internals due to collision and extrusion during transportation. If the internals are irregular in shape and cannot be packed in cartons, take adequate protective measures to protect the internals. Please use cardboard, cushion according to the shape of the inner, and use plastic film and tape layer by layer.
Q10 Can I pack my parcel in the warehouse? Are cardboard boxes and packaging supplies provided?
our warehouse provides a variety of sizes of cardboard boxes for purchase. Other packaging supplies such as bubble paper, Foam peanuts, duct tape, are also provided, A small amount of them can be used for free. Q11 Do I need to pick up the parcel at the airport after it arrives in Malaysia?
No, you don’t need to pick up by yourselves. AuAsia express intermodal transport will door-to-door deliver package to your address.
Q12 Are there any restrictions on sending items to Malaysia?
According to Malaysian customs regulations, please confirm your parcel in keeping with requirement before you drop off to warehouse.
1. Parcel value is limited in 800 RM and insurance payout maximum is 150 AUD.
2. The weight of individual parcel cannot exceed 30kg, the length of each side cannot exceed 105cm, or the total of length, width and height cannot exceed 200cm.
3. Please confirm the parcel cannot deliver prohibited items, such as batteries, alcohol, pesticides, etc.

Q1 What is customs clearance?
From Australia to Malaysia, the goods need to go through customs inspection. In order to clear the customs smoothly, please fill in the name of the goods in the waybill truthfully. If the declared name does not match the goods in kind, you will be detained or required to change to a special cargo plane, which will delay the delivery time, and may also cause your goods to be unpacked and damaged. Goods arriving in Malaysia must go through customs inspection. If the value of the goods exceeds the duty-free range of Malaysia, customs duties may be imposed and the tax shall be paid by the addressee. The tariff is related to the weight, type, value, volume and material of the goods. Please consult the local customs for specific regulations. Before delivery, please take the possible tariff cost into account, and pay the tariff in time in case of tariff. If the goods are returned or destroyed due to customs clearance, all costs and legal liabilities shall be borne by the customer.
Q2 How long does it take for customs clearance?

Normally, the customs clearance process starts after the goods arrive at the Malaysian customs. Generally, the expected time for customs clearance is 1-2 days.
Q3 Will my parcel be charge tax?
